Www.20inbirmingham.org.uk would like Birmingham City Council to organise weekly evening roller blading and skateboarding through the streets of central Birmingham, closed off to cars for the event, perhaps late on Saturday nights.
Paris hosts such an event weekly, enjoyed by 10,000s. Now London also has its own skating rendezvous Skating is now every Friday night of the year, with music accompanyment. See
LondonSkaters also.
Play with the animation above, with sound. Click on the cars, on the largest blader, the Council House. Zoom in on the Council house (right click).
