F11 to make it 'Full Screen' ( F11 again to return it to normal size)
- adjust
the 'sliders' on the left to pretend you are a Councillor and 'make
your decision'
- look
at the graphs on the right to see the effect
- move
the slider quickly to see the effect more readily
- adjusting
education for example affects many
parameters, and so on
