About 20inB'ham

This is the website of 20 in Bimringham. This project is aimed at enabling 25-50% of journeys by Birmingham residents to be by cycle, and the cycling should be safe. In addition, we want to see more people walking, and much less car use.
To achieve this, 20inBirmingham

• hopes to aid the creation of an Amsterdam-like cycling network in Birmingham and the West Midlands
• we are asking for slower speeds...10mph for many residential streets, 20 mph most other roads, 30 mph Middleway-lilke roads
• we are restarting our campaign in Kings Heath (powerpoint)
• there is plenty of evidence supporting this proposal
